Meet The MACBROz
MacBroz is more than just a podcast - it's the start of something bigger. What began as two lifelong friends sharing their perspectives on firearms, competition, and the culture around them has grown into a brand built on authentic conversation, relatable humor, and genuine connection.
How it started
Josh and Darius met in 2004 through their fraternity and built a friendship on shared humor, mutual respect, and a knack for long conversations that never ran out of steam.

Over the years, they’ve celebrated milestones together — standing beside each other at weddings, supporting new career moves, and swapping stories over countless late-night calls. Their friendship has spanned hobbies from fitness and competition shooting to traveling, trying new gear, and finding any excuse to hang out.

They’ve trained side-by-side, spent weekends at the range, and shared both wins and epic fails in competition. The banter has always been quick, the laughs constant, and the topics unfiltered — which made turning their conversations into a podcast feel like the next natural step.

In 2024, MacBroz went live — bringing that same authentic back-and-forth to listeners everywhere.
Meet Josh
Josh is a well-traveled content creator and the charismatic force behind MacBroz, known for blending firearms, family, and fun with an unapologetically bold style. His success in the firearms community comes from authentic, no-nonsense content — whether he’s testing gear, dropping knowledge on the MacBroz Show, or sharing real-world training experiences with his signature 90s hip-hop vibe.

As a founding member of Squad Drills — a movement focused on growth, positivity, and helping others — he lives by the mantra “Progress, not perfection.”

Outside of content creation, Josh is a devoted husband and father of two, always balancing family life with his passion for firearms and the outdoors. Whether traveling to events across the country or spending time at the range, he’s constantly expanding his knowledge, building connections, and creating content that stays true to who he is.

Darius, better known as “Pinky,” is a dynamic content creator with a passion for firearms, fitness, and building community. With an MBA and a strategic mindset, he blends education, humor, and authenticity to create content that’s both engaging and relatable — whether he’s breaking down match performance, sharing training tips, or bringing behind-the-scenes moments to the MacBroz Show.

As a founding member of both MacBroz and Squad Drills, Darius is committed to supporting the next generation of firearms practitioners, focusing on discipline, skill-building, and a positive range culture. He’s built a strong presence online, forming lasting connections with his audience and collaborating with brands across the industry.

Off the range, Darius values time with friends and family, meeting new people, and exploring new experiences. Known for his approachable nature and quick wit, he brings the same mix of professionalism and humor to every conversation — on camera and off.
