His success in the firearms community comes from authentic, no-nonsense content — whether he’s testing gear, dropping knowledge on the MacBroz Show, or sharing real-world training experiences with his signature 90s hip-hop vibe.
With a growing social media presence and deep connections in the industry, Josh has built a trusted reputation for educating, inspiring, and entertaining his audience. As a founding member of Squad Drills — a movement focused on growth, positivity, and helping others — he lives by the mantra “Progress, not perfection.”
Outside of content creation, Josh is a devoted husband and father of two, always balancing family life with his passion for firearms and the outdoors. Darius, better known as “Pinky,” is a dynamic content creator with a passion for firearms, fitness, and building community. With an MBA and a strategic mindset, he blends education, humor, and authenticity to create content that’s both engaging and relatable — whether he’s breaking down match performance, sharing training tips, or bringing behind-the-scenes moments to the MacBroz Show.
As a founding member of both MacBroz and Squad Drills, Darius is committed to supporting the next generation of firearms practitioners, focusing on discipline, skill-building, and a positive range culture. He’s built a strong presence online, forming lasting connections with his audience and collaborating with brands across the industry.
Off the range, Darius values time with friends and family, meeting new people, and exploring new experiences. Known for his approachable nature and quick wit, he brings the same mix of professionalism and humor to every conversation — on camera and off.
